A one-off session designed to meet you exactly where you are — whether you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum, infant care, or the emotional and mental load of motherhood.
What we might explore together:
Adjusting to pregnancy, birth, or life after baby
Managing the mental load and identity shifts
Responsive sleep and feeding support (NDC-informed)
Infant care and developmental guidance
Navigating partner and family dynamics

Maternal Wellbeing 3-Session Package

Ongoing, steady support to walk alongside you through the changing seasons of motherhood.
Across three sessions, we can gently work through what feels heavy or tender, help you find clarity, and introduce simple practices to nourish your emotional and mental wellbeing.
Together, we might explore:
Pregnancy, postpartum, or early parenting transitions
Emotional processing and the weight of the mental load
Simple strategies to calm and regulate your nervous system
You’ll receive written reflections or personalised resources after each session to help you feel supported between our time together.
Birth / Postnatal Debrief

A tender space to give voice to your birth or postpartum story — holding the parts of your experience that feel unfinished, tender, or unspoken.
We’ll gently explore what’s sitting just beneath the surface, offering you space to process, integrate, and feel seen.
