About Me
I’m Olivia Davies — Registered Nurse, Maternal Wellbeing Practitioner, and mother of two.
With over a decade of experience in healthcare, I’ve walked alongside people in some of the most tender and vulnerable seasons of their lives. Becoming a mother deepened my understanding of how much support women need — not just in healing physically, but in the emotional, mental, and felt experience of mothering.
I created this practice because I understand how much we hold — how it settles into your body, your breath, your bones.
This work was born from my own search for something deeper — care that is real, personal, and human. Care that holds the woman you have always been and gently supports you in your becoming.
In my work, I blend evidence-based knowledge, trauma-aware support, and gentle, body-centered practices like biodynamic craniosacral therapy — creating a place where you can feel supported, seen, and cared for in both body and heart.
Allow yourself to breathe, soften, and become.
